- Master or Bachelor’s Degree with majors including but not limited to Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Fluid Power Control Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Energy Engineering, Control System, Automation, Material Engineering
- Have relevant internship or project experience
- Demonstrate outstanding academic credentials
- Be passionate and willing to take challenges
- Have strong mobility and flexibility in working locations
- Possess good learning agility
- Have future career aspirations in operational and manufacturing leadership
- Be fluent in both written and oral English communication skills
