岗位职责
- Make beverage prototypes based on formulation provided;
- Support test for raw material, samples and other beverages;
- Maintain laboratory and sample inventory of ingredients and supplies;
- Be responsible for equipment operation & maintenance in the lab;
- Support demos for internal and external customers;
- Submission of samples for analytical and sensory evaluation;
- Plan, conduct and coordinate stability studies, manage ingredient orders, expiration, handling, prepare batch sheets, ensure product meets specifications.
岗位要求
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
- understand basic English;
- Junior college or above in Food Science or Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering;
- Operate and maintain equipment; operate Microsoft Office.
